RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICERS AND BOARD
- Chair, Board of Directors and Executive Committee (ongoing)
- Prepare agendas of board and executive committee meetings (ongoing)
- Propose chapter development plan, work program, and budget (annually in December or January)
- Serve as standing member on all committees (ongoing)
- Determine the need for ad-hoc and other committees (October-November)
