SUMMARY:Emerging Planners of Georgia (EPG) Event
DESCRIPTION:Join EPG for an evening with Amanda Rhein\, Executive Director of the Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) Collaborative. Amanda will provide an overview of the community land trust model and discuss the mission and work of the Atlanta Land Trust specifically. She will review the ALT’s work focusing on three programmatic goals: building a sizable portfolio of permanently affordable housing; providing effective stewardship services for the resale-restricted\, owner-occupied homes to be developed by ALT and others; and creating a favorable environment for ALT development by promoting public policy\, community engagement\, and fundraising. \nEligible for 1.5 AICP CM credits. \nTo follow our adventures\, like our Facebook page! \nStay up-to-date on everything EPG by signing up for our email list.
