DESCRIPTION:ARC is hosting a webinar for local governments looking to cut carbon emissions. Noted climate change experts at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University and Widener University Law School published more than 1\,000 recommendations for achieving deep decarbonization.
