DESCRIPTION:Around the country\, communities are confronting threats to their health and quality of life – high rates of chronic disease\, unhealthy food choices\, stress\, economic challenges\, and few opportunities for an active lifestyle\, as well as overwhelming medical costs and a growing elderly population.
