Under general supervision of the City Administrator, assists with the daily operation of city government activities and support services. Oversees and manages assigned projects. Assists in the development, dissemination and evaluation of organizational policies and procedures. Assists the City Administrator in coordinating the development, analyses and implementation of City Council goals. Acts as the Planning Director and Superintendent of Elections.
Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field, AND a minimum of three years of progressively responsible local government experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge and skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range is $85,000 to $105,000 depending upon qualifications and experience. Benefits package is competitive but non-standard.
