Chatham Area Transit
The Planning Manager advances the mission and goals of CAT through the development of thoughtful and technically sound plans and projects. Provide staff support in the development, analysis, implementation, and community engagement of the Authority’s transit planning programs and grants. The Planning Manager leads the planning department functions within CAT and coordinates with other department heads. The planning department is responsible for scheduling, capital programs, and intergovernmental coordination. The planning department prepares short range and long range plans for the authority, prepares grant applications, and performs other analysis duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Engineering, Geography, or similar field of study. Master’s degree preferred.
Salary & Benefits
$60,000 – $80,000
