RFP for the Development of a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for Oakwood
The City is looking to create a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to streamline and standardize the City’s development process.
The UDO will also be used to incorporate standards that the community has expressed interest in, including, but not limited to parking and multi-family regulations.
The successful respondent must act as a facilitator, providing neutral opinions and potential resolutions in cases of conflict with representatives of the City’s development and business community, citizens, Council Members, and staff in the formulation of regulations.
The final product of the Unified Development Ordinance is to be presented in a format and language that is user-friendly and accessible to the public.
