DESCRIPTION:This workshop explores creating regulations that are clear\, concise\, defensible\, user-friendly and match the right tools for a community’s needs\, philosophy and goals. \nWhat zoning ordinance is right for your com- munity—traditional\, form-based\, or hybrid? Should you consider mixed use districts?
