Derek has a background in real estate\, building\, and being an advocate for property owners when it comes to tax valuations. He grew up in transitional and underserved neighborhoods and now works to revitalize those areas. SUMMARY:Northeast Georgia Planning Collective Roundtable Discussion
DESCRIPTION:Join the Northeast Georgia Planning Collective for our first roundtable discussion focusing on stormwater regulations\, facility design and the advancement of municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4). We will be hosting an Athens Clarke County stormwater official\, a private civil engineer and a stormwater manager from GA EPD for a 1 hr conversation and follow-up Q&A. We will also have 30 minutes after the talk for socializing and to meet new members of our community. We seek to expand the community development dialogue\, provide professional growth and enjoy our evolution along the journey.  \nFor more information\, please contact Marilyn Hall.  \nParking is available in the North Campus Deck and at on street meters\, be careful of UGA lots\, most require a pass until at least 5 PM.
