Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in city, urban or regional planning, urban design, public administration, geography or related field
• 10+ years of related experience in public or private sector planning experience
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• A working knowledge of planning and zoning principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to comprehend and interpret, federal, state, and local regulations
• Proven written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Exemplary work ethic
• Availability to attend night meetings
• Strong oral and written communication skills; including strong communication, planning and organizational skills

Salary Range
$105,000 to $118,000.00
