In 2025, GPA has a number of great opportunities in which to serve on the Board of Directors. Seven positions will be open for the 2025 election to start service January 1, 2026.

  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Planning Official
  • Vice President of Chapter Services
  • Vice President of Programs
  • Non-AICP Director (two positions)
  • District 1 Director
  • District 3 Director
  • District 5 Director
  • District 7 Director
  • District 9 Director

The term for these open positions is two years beginning January 1, 2026. All candidates must a member in good standing. Board positions are defined in the Chapter bylaws.

The nominations process is managed through the APA Consolidated Election through Survey and Ballot Systems. Nominations will open in the Spring of 2025.
