CM Logging Issues and Updates
As many of you may know, the APA site for logging CM credits was down for maintenance for a few weeks. Unfortunately, issues still exist for providers to log CM credits; therefore, a number of recent partnership credits are still not posted. This includes the following programs:
- Annual Parks & Greenspace Conference
- Community Planning Institute (Fall)
- Community Planning Institute (Spring)
- DCA Success Stories: Housing Part 1
- FAA Airport Compatible Land Use Advisory Circular
- GAZA Summer Conference
- Georgia Bike-Walk-Live Summit 2025
- Historic Preservation Leadership Course
- Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit
- North Georgia GPA Free Planning & Zoning Training in Canton
- Planning & Zoning 104: Zoning Reform & Revision
Through coordination with APA on this continued delay, they have informed us of the following regarding the grace period:
To ensure there is no penalty or risk to AICP members, we have extended the CM grace period to January 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026. This extension provides additional time for:
- CM providers to enter and publish professional development activities for CM credit
- AICP members to claim their earned credits once activities are available in the system
Please be assured that no credentials are at risk during this extended grace period, and no action is required from members to use the grace period.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to get the credits posted once the APA site will permit it. We will provide updates once the CM credits have been posted.
