You are invited to join planning staff with the Southern Georgia Regional Commission (SGRC) and the City of Valdosta to review several model ordinances. Ordinance topics will include telecommunications towers, solar farms, preservation of historic resources, tiny home/cottage housing developments, and manufactured housing. Staff will also preview the newly created ecotourism map for the Regional Commission’s 18 county region.
