The Asian and Pacific Islander Interest Group will be hosting a Launch Event via Zoom. APA President Leo R. Asuncion, Jr., AICP will give opening remarks. The featured speaker will be an inspiring conversation with Chancee Martorell, Founder and Executive Director of the Thai Community Development Center, who is a planner, activist, and community organizer.

The event will also have breakout groups for networking and gathering comments on how this group can support APA and API planners and communities.
