Registration is open now through Friday, April 22, 2022 for the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Spring 2022 Training for Planning Officials, offered through the Community Planning Academy.

Over the course of the Spring, the training will help planning professionals make more educated and effective decisions to help shape their communities. It will delve into complex topics like zoning, meeting management and leadership, urban design, and community development and resilience.

This year’s training will take place over the course of four sessions:

• Session 1: Friday, April 29 – Full Day, In-Person at ARC (9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
• Session 2: Friday, May 6 – Half Day, Virtual (9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
• Session 3: Friday, May 13 – Half Day, Virtual (9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
• Session 4: Friday, May 20 – Full Day, In-Person at ARC (9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
