July 15 - July 16

The Georgia Alabama Partnership for Sustainability, in partnership with Columbus Emergency Management & Homeland Security, the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government, Fort Benning, and surrounding River Valley Region communities, will host the 2025 Disaster Resilience Across the Chattahoochee Valley Conference to address emergency preparedness.

Sessions will also cover water resource management, debris management, mass casualty incidents, response coordination, communication, and manmade threats such as cybersecurity, drones, active shooters and terrorism.

Who should attend
Local, state and federal government elected officials and staff, school administration and personnel, emergency management personnel, first responders, public safety personnel, law enforcement, utilities and community partners are invited to attend.
