GPA District 9 is hosting a lunch technical session July 31 in midtown Savannah. The session will feature a conversation about affordable housing, homelessness, and community impacts. Cindy Kelley, Director of the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless, and Bill Gross, housing developer, will present case studies demonstrating public-private partnerships, financing mechanisms, and policy practices.
