A FREE appointed board member (BZA, PC) training will be held October 17 in Americus at South Georgia Technical College. The training is sponsored by River Valley Regional Commission, GPA, and DCA. The agenda includes: Planning Essentials, Zoning and Land Development Essentials, Legal Info for Board Members, and a Hot Topic. With a max of 75 total attendees it will fill up fast!
