Opportunities for Energy Efficiency in Commercial Buildings

During COVID, local governments are more pressed than ever to evaluate their budgets for savings opportunities, re-evaluate their portfolio of properties and what services they use those properties for, and find ways to continue serving the community while not compromising service standards. Properties that are customers of Georgia Power Company can participate in this program to help obtain financial savings that can help maintain service standards.

Kelsey Waidhas manages the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Green Communities Program by helping local governments tell their sustainability and climate change stories through action. She connects city and county staff to research, resources and implementation of sustainability and climate action to support local governments in creating a better future for their citizens.

Georgia Power Company, Commercial Energy Efficiency Manager
Eric Swann is the Commercial Energy Efficiency manager for Georgia Power, responsible for the implementation of the energy efficiency programs offered to the Company’s commercial customers. In his 23 years with Georgia Power, he has held various positions in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. He is a graduate of the Georgia Tech, with a bachelor’s degree of industrial & systems engineering.

Georgia Power Company, Commercial Program Manager
Natasha Reynolds joined Georgia Power in September 2018 as Commercial Energy Efficiency program manager. She supports the implementation of PSC-certified energy efficiency programs for commercial customers. In 2015, Natasha started at Gulf Power as senior market specialist in Energy Efficiency. There she had program, project & product management responsibilities in building & equipment analysis.
