Ten Lessons for Community Design + Housing Choices in Georgia

Ten Lessons in Community Design is a lecture by Georgia Tech professor Richard Dagenhart focused on community design and the priorities community leaders and citizens should consider to retain and redevelop character, walkability, and flexibility.

Housing Choice in Georgia includes Aaron Fortner, Canvas Planning Group; Eric Kronberg, Kronberg Wall Architects; and Kelsey Thompson, Athens Land Trust in a panel format discussing zoning, building design and community land trust options for increasing housing choice in Georgia communities.

Georgia Conservancy’s Sustainable Growth initiatives include a small and rural community focus, school location planning assistance, sustainable community planning services and Good Urbanism educational offerings.
