The FHWA Georgia Division in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is hosting a Transportation and Public Health Workshop in Atlanta, GA on June 12, 2012 at the GDOT West Annex Office, 276 Memorial Drive, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. Participants of this one day, interactive workshop will develop competencies in conducting Health Impact Assessment (HIA) through case studies and analysis techniques with application of learned principles. The workshop should be of great value to transportation, land use/environmental professionals, and public health practitioners.
