HB 173 SPLOST: Authorization for Repairs of Capital Outlay Projects
House Bill 173 would specifically authorize SPLOST revenues of up to 15 percent of that which is collected to be spent on repairs of capital outlay projects. An estimate of these costs would be required to be included in the SPLOST ballot language.
