HB 265 MARTA – Repeal of Suspension of Restrictions on Expenditures
This legislation would repeal the current suspension on the restrictions on the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority’s (MARTA) expenditures for capital outlay and operations should House Bill 265 pass and become law.
