HB 367 Outdoor Advertising Near Parks, Scenic Areas, Cemeteries, etc.
Current state law restricts outdoor advertising and multiple message signs from locating along state highways within 500 feet of a public park, playground, scenic area, cemetery, recreation area or forest unless such signs are obscured by a building or other obstruction. This legislation would lower the restriction on locations of such signs to 200 feet from those areas.
