Applications Open for ULI Mini Technical Assistance Panels

As part of ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership (CFL), ULI has launched the next round of Mini Technical Assistance Panels (mTAPs) — a unique opportunity for public agencies and nonprofits to receive pro bono, expert guidance on real estate, land use, and community development challenges.

Each mTAP is a capstone project in which CFL participants — rising leaders from across the real estate industry — collaborate to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations tailored to your organization’s needs. Past projects have included park activation strategies, redevelopment studies, and building analytical tools, and represent about $20,000 of free planning and advisory services. Please visit mTAP Reports | ULI Atlanta for specific examples of recent projects.

Why Apply?
