GPA has a variety of opportunities to get involved in 2024

• If you work in GPA District 8 (includes the cities of Cochran, Dublin, Folkston, Jesus, and Valdosta), please consider serving on the GPA Board. Contact Kristen Wescott.
• We’re looking for a volunteer to champion external communications for GPA. The position is flexible but includes coordinating our advocacy messaging, implementing APA resources, and partnering with affiliated organizations to promote planning as critical to continued growth in the state. Contact the GPA President for more information.
• There are three positions open with the Emerging Planners Group (EPG) – Vice Chair, Co-Director of Programming, and Student Liaison. If you’re interested in joining EPG as a member or board member, please contact Selena Xayavong. 
• Join one of our Committees! Whether you are into policy and advocacy, love planning events, or have an interest in supporting our equity, diversity and inclusion efforts, there are a variety of ways you can serve and learn from others.
