GPA Board Updates: AICP Director at Large Vacancy

The GPA Board announces that Cristina Pastore, AICP is GPA’s Professional Development Officer (PDO). Cristina is taking over the unexpired term of Ariel Godwin, AICP, who recently resigned from his position due to professional demands of a new position. Serving as PDO is one of those jobs that’s mostly behind the scenes but is vital to some of the key services that GPA provides our members. All AICP CM credits go through the PDO, and the position also oversees other professional development tasks. The GPA Board gives a big thank you to Ariel for his time and dedication serving as GPA’s PDO, and we wish him continued success at his new position. Please join us in congratulating Cristina Pastore as the new GPA Professional Development Officer.

With Cristina becoming the new GPA PDO, her board position, AICP Director at Large, is now vacant.  This position is open to GPA members statewide, but candidates must be a member of AICP. Interested candidates should send a brief (200 words or less) position statement about why they want to serve on the GPA Board, along with their resume or bio, to GPA President Daniel Studdard, AICP. The deadline for applications is April 9.
