Increase Access to Historic Tax Credits in Georgia – Support HB 376
The Policy and Advocacy Committee is advocating for HB376 to increase the limit on available historic tax credits to $60 million. On average, projects funded through historic tax credits return $1.50 for each $1.00 back to their communities. Reach out to your representatives to increase the cap on tax credits to $60 million to ensure more communities have access to this effective, vital, tool for re-development.
