Brunswick’s Kress Building’s rehabilitation is coming to completion. This marks the third building in Historic Downtown Brunswick that has been rehabilitated in the last two years to include new residential spaces. The Kress will feature a rock climbing gym on the first floor, 8 studio to 2-bedroom short term vacation rentals on the second floor and a restaurant with roof-top bar on the third floor.
The Port City Lofts (in the Leotis Building), completed at the end of 2021, has 12 residences (Studio, 1 & 2-bedroom) on the second floor, a fitness center and on site storage lockers. A restaurant and gourmet store will be opening in the 4th quarter of 2022.
The Liberty Building, originally the Ford Dealership in Downtown Brunswick, was also completed at the end of 2022. The Liberty Building has 10 residential units on the second floor, ranging from studio to two-bedroom. The first floor is commercial/office space.
