The City of Warner Robins proudly hosted the District 5 Georgia Planning Association meeting on Thursday, June 11, at Rigby’s Entertainment Complex, bringing together planning professionals from across the region to network, exchange ideas, and experience one of the community’s premier destinations. Organized by Kate Hogan, Director of Community and Economic Development, City of Warner Robins, attendees enjoyed a meet and greet social hour and an exclusive overview of Rigby’s future development plans.

Max Rigby, Project Manager, shared the family’s long-term vision and development journey—from their early investments in multifamily housing to creating Warner Robins’ leading tourism and entertainment destination. Looking ahead, Rigby highlighted ambitious plans to continue expanding the campus into a vibrant lifestyle center that blends entertainment, dining, hospitality, and recreation. The presentation showcased how thoughtful, phased investment and a commitment to community vision can transform a single development into a regional destination, reinforcing Warner Robins’ momentum as a community where strategic planning and private investment work together to create lasting economic growth.
