ArcGIS Desktop I

Date: January 28-29, 2010 | 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Location: ARC Offices, Downtown Atlanta

Objective: This two-day course provides the foundation for understanding what GIS is, what it can do, and how others are using it. Participants learn the basic functions of a GIS, why a GIS database is powerful, and what coordinate systems and map projections are and why they are important.  Spots are available only to local government or school district employees.

Cost: $225 and includes breakfast, lunch and all workshop materials.
