South Metro Development Outlook

Tuesday, January 26th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Clayton State University in Morrow, GA.

This is the eight annual “South Metro Development Outlook”, a development forum that provides an annual exchange for individuals with a common interest in fostering smart growth in south metropolitan Atlanta. It highlights the following counties:  Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Henry, South Fulton and Spalding. This conference will feature government officials and noted professionals providing information on such current topics as development trends and opportunities, sustainability and economic forecasting and solutions. Major issues of regional importance such as water resources and transportation infra-structure will also be addressed.
