Members of GPA are eligible for consideration if they have been members of AICP for 10 years or more, are members in good standing of AICP, and have achieved excellence in professional practice, teaching and mentoring, research, public or community service and leadership. Fellows are known for having made an outstanding contribution to the profession and to their communities over an extended period of time.
