The NEGA planning collective will hold its first open discussion on the topic of alternative housing options and policies. The discussion will focus on ways to sensibly plan out housing options, look at areas where increased density could play a role, trade-offs of up-zoning, discussion of the de facto Urban Growth Boundary as well as how these tools can affect communities outside of Athens-Clarke County. Bring your perspectives, your questions, and your ideas on how this pressing topic affects our region.
